Shipping & Returns
All of our Bisou products are shipped to you from Canada via a secure, tracked shipping method. Please note that we do not ship to islands or P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.
Bisou ships to the following countries:
• Canada – 5 to 10 days
• USA – 1 to 7 days
Bisou only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Expected Delivery Times
Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed.
In case your Bisou package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the Bisou products and email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the damage.
Please note items shipped outside of the United States or Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through Bisou Bar Inc.
Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
We hope that you love your Bisou product(s) as much as we do. However, if upon receiving your package you find that it is damaged or that there is an error in your order and you wish to return any or all products, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, which must remain sealed and unopened. As tea is treated as a food product, if opened returns are not accepted due to food safety risk.
Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.
To return your product(s), please follow these steps:
1. Before returning your product(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days after delivery to inform us which products you would like to return. In this email, please ensure that you include: the name of your item, your name and order number. In order to receive a refund, please arrange a return shipment in its original packaging using a carrier of your choice.
2. Please note that all shipping costs, initial, as well as, return, will be the customer’s responsibility. Your original shipping fee is not refundable. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
3. After we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all aforementioned conditions are met, we will gladly refund the total purchase price to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return. Unfortunately, return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
