Philip Cole

CEO & Co-Founder

Philip began his career in advertising, graphics design and web development, servicing the financial, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications & hospitality industries. A decade into helping corporations advertise and market their products, he found his true calling was to run his own business. In 2019, this manifested into reality with the launch of Bisou Bar, where Philip’s business prowess and passion for digital art expression come into one. Today, he drives business development, leading commercial negotiations, operations and logistics, and handles all web content and development, working tirelessly to bring Bisou’s unique offerings from farm to cup.

Zlata Kislyuk

COO & Co-Founder

With an education in Art History and Curatorial studies, Zlata has always been drawn to the rich symbolism of flowers in the arts. When her love for art and inspiration from watercolor illustrations met with Zlata’s passion for artisan teas, the result was Bisou Bar, which she launched in 2019 together with her life partner. Zlata envisioned consumer packaging as an art canvas that can showcase local and international artists. She became the curator of a new exhibition, that of Bisou’s collection of tea blends, delivering exceptional consumer experience that shapes the company brand and identity. Today, Zlata oversees all manufacturing and production, operations and logistics, and is Bisou’s creative director and customer relations executive.
